    Are your items brand new or pre-loved?

    Our collection is thoughtfully curated and includes both brand new and pre-loved pieces. Each item is carefully selected and quality-checked to ensure it's in excellent condition. Product descriptions will always indicate the item's condition.
    How long does shipping take?

    Orders are typically shipped within 48 hours after payment confirmation. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.
    Can I return or exchange an item?

    Due to the nature of our curated collections and limited stocks, all sales are final. However, if you receive the wrong item or a product with an undisclosed issue, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we'll make it right.
